Welcome to scATAcat's documentation!
==================================================

scATAcat is a python library designed for annotation of cell-types in single-cell ATAC-seq data based on characterized bulk ATAC-seq data. 

scATAcat relies on and integrated with `scanpy <https://github.com/scverse/scanpy>`_ and `annnotated data <https://github.com/scverse/anndata>`_ python libraries.
